The Controller Department of Bild/Vitta – Regional Uberlândia is responsible for ensuring that our expenditures and economic-financial indicators align with periodically developed forecasts, supporting senior management and other departments in daily decision-making. If you possess an analytical, communicative, and proactive profile, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, take a look at what we have for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Extract, structure, and analyze data and information from various company departments to generate precise and efficient strategic guidance; * Develop and/or optimize management dashboards to help the team better manage factors impacting the company’s economic-financial indicators; * Maintain optimized information and document management, continuously improving processes related to collection, processing, storage, dissemination, and disposal; * Analyze and critically review reports produced by other company departments, identifying and minimizing potential errors; * Continuously interact with corresponding departments at Bild/Vitta Head Office to ensure procedures conducted at the Uberlândia Regional comply with the company’s most up-to-date guidelines; * Assist the Coordinator in creating and periodically updating performance presentations, aiming to provide timely, accurate, and strategic information to company senior management; * Assist the Coordinator in conducting specific studies requested by senior management of the Uberlândia/Campinas/Sorocaba Region and/or Bild/Vitta Head Office; * Assist the Coordinator in implementing procedures to enhance compliance of the Uberlândia/Campinas/Sorocaba Region’s practices with defined rules—particularly those related to economic-financial targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or Engineering; * Proven hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, especially in database handling, correlation formulas, and management dashboard development; * Technical knowledge and experience in economic-financial analysis (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, profitability, liquidity, and solvency indicators); * Experience in real estate development and/or civil construction will be considered a plus; * Willingness to work in Uberlândia-MG. **The moment to look toward the new.
