Join our team and help build a more diverse and sustainable future! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and control the plant's most complex production process or processes containing the most critical steps (PAC — aluminum polychloride production), and associated equipment: tanks, agitators, filter presses, pumps, valves, non-pressurized and pressurized reactors, settlers, glass-lined reactors, etc., following departmental work instructions and immediate supervisor’s guidance; * Operate the PAC production process by mixing hydrate crust or bauxite with acid, then transferring the mixture to the reactor; * Monitor and control product reactions; * Pump finished product to settlers and storage tanks; * Perform and report daily inventory counts to the immediate manager; * Control the production process based on quality department results and immediate supervisor’s guidance; * Supply and mix raw materials required for the production process; * Record production data on physical forms; * Operate overhead cranes when necessary and only if trained and authorized; * Maintain workplace cleaning and organization routines, actively participating in the 5S program; * Receive, unload, and distribute raw materials, as well as supply necessary materials to production processes; * Clean equipment used in production processes; * Paint industrial structures to support factory maintenance; * Collect samples of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products for monitoring and process control tests (density, temperature, pH, turbidity, etc.); * Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts to move raw materials and other inputs required for the production process, when qualified and requested; * Report to the immediate manager regarding corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance needs; * Immediately report accidents, unsafe acts and/or conditions using the designated form, to ensure the integrity, health, and physical safety of all personnel involved in the process; * Follow the weekly product delivery schedule, as well as the daily loading schedule; * Load finished products when requested; * Respect and uphold safety, health, and environmental requirements through good conduct and coexistence practices, aiming to comply with internal policies and Group BAUMINAS values; * Comply with company criteria and procedures; use, maintain, and keep in good condition personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) provided by the company; and respect and uphold all other quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental requirements; * Maintain company equipment under their responsibility; * Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of the job, upon request from the immediate manager; * Report to the immediate manager whenever irregularities or opportunities for process improvement are observed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed high school; * Professional experience: Minimum 6 months’ experience in the field or in entry-level positions recommended; * Recommended knowledge: Industrial and production processes; * Preferred qualification: Technical training in chemistry, industrial processes, or related fields; * External contacts: Third-party service providers. **Additional Information** * Reside in Uberlândia or nearby cities; Availability to work rotating production shifts. * Group BAUMINAS comprises four companies that operate integrally within the Environmental Sanitation industry: BAUMINAS Águas, BAUMINAS Mineração, BAUMINAS Log, and BAUMINAS Hidroazul.
