If you are a self-starter, possess a commercial mindset, enjoy building relationships, and seek continuous development, join Alianzo! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Strengthen Alianzo’s presence in the Triângulo Mineiro region through relationship-building activities, events, and networking; * Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, maintaining a consistent demand-generation pipeline; * Map companies, industry segments, decision-makers, and strategic partners in the region; * Organize and monitor the sales funnel, ensuring accurate records, follow-ups, and up-to-date CRM metrics; * Deliver institutional presentations and schedule commercial meetings with potential clients; * Support Alianzo brand development in the region by contributing to marketing and relationship-building initiatives; * Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive operational growth. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience in prospecting, market development, commercial relationship management, or consultative sales; * Strong communication skills, presentation abilities, and relationship-building aptitude; * Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred), LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with AI tools and automation is a plus; * Organized, communicative, resilient, proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn; * Availability for on-site work in **Uberlândia**.
