Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive maintenance according to the previously established schedule and corrective maintenance on mechanical and/or electrical equipment and installations within the plant, as well as provide support for these services whenever requested, including replacement of parts when necessary; * Laminate parts and tanks using fiberglass, FRP, or other suitable materials, applying appropriate coatings to ensure components involved in the production process remain in proper condition; * Support maintenance and inspections of transformers and MCCs; * Carry out minor renovations at the unit, such as installation of new mechanical and/or electrical systems, layout modifications, etc.; * Support the development and implementation of new electrical projects at the unit; * Perform cutting and welding tasks when required; * Properly use, preserve, and maintain PPEs in good working condition; comply with and uphold occupational health and safety requirements in the workplace, while also observing environmental aspects and adhering to Group Bauminas standards, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Code of Conduct, Compliance guidelines, and other applicable procedures; * Perform cleaning and organization of equipment and the workplace using the 5S methodology, aiming to maintain a suitable work environment for efficient task execution and prevent accidents and incidents; * Immediately report all accidents, unsafe acts, and/or unsafe conditions via the designated form to safeguard the integrity, health, and physical safety of everyone involved in the process; * Issue and close Work Permits (WPs); * Comply with company criteria and procedures; use, preserve, and maintain company-provided PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs) in good condition; uphold quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental requirements; * Communicate relevant information regarding shift activities and completed processes for documentation in the official logbook (ATA); * Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of this role upon request from the immediate supervisor. * Report to the immediate supervisor whenever irregularities or opportunities for process improvement are observed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: MEC-recognized certificate in Technical or Higher Education in Electromechanics or related fields; OR completion of High School plus short-term professional training courses in Electromechanics or related fields; * Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 months’ experience in this field or in entry-level positions is recommended; * Essential Knowledge: NR10 Basic and Complementary; Industrial electromechanical installations; Electrical control systems; Hydraulic control systems; Pneumatic control systems; Mechanics; Centrifugal and pneumatic pumps; * Preferred Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; Safety practices outlined in NRs 11, 12, 13, 18, 33, and 35; Industrial painting; Welding; Lamination; 5S; Telemetry; Reading and interpreting technical drawings; * External Contacts: Suppliers and third-party service providers. **Additional Information** * Must reside in Uberlândia or nearby cities; * Must be available to work rotating shifts.
