Focus on results, proactivity, and teamwork Responsible for scheduling, controlling, and optimizing the fleet to ensure achievement of operational targets and excellence in customer service. Monitor operations, schedule appointments in customers' systems, and manage the fleet using tracking and monitoring systems. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; • Experience in transporting dark products, order management, delivery scheduling, customer relationship management, data analysis, and KPI-focused work; • Knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and tracking systems; • Proficiency in data analysis, organization, and communication; • Focus on results, proactivity, and teamwork.
