




Job Summary: Lead and supervise internal and field technical teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to deadlines, as well as managing the vehicle fleet. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet management and resolution of critical incidents Lead internal technical teams, field technicians, and third-party partners. Pre-plan field technicians' schedules. Organize, assign, and release services to technicians. Monitor technicians' productivity and movement via security cameras and vehicle trackers. Track and ensure all Service Orders are correctly entered into the system. Supervise adherence to deadlines and quality of external services. Manage the technical team's vehicle fleet (monitor preventive and corrective maintenance; control documentation, insurance, and vehicle conditions). Directly handle resolution of critical field incidents. Ensure technicians properly record timekeeping entries, monitoring working hours, shifts, and any inconsistencies.
