Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. **Job Description** We are seeking a professional to work as a **Construction Supervisor**, responsible for supervising, planning, and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring services are executed with quality, within schedule, and with efficient use of available resources. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the workforce at the construction site, assigning tasks and ensuring execution in accordance with the plan. * Plan construction activities and monitor physical and financial progress of the work. * Control materials, equipment, and resources, ensuring appropriate utilization. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Facilitate communication with the team, suppliers, and superiors to align expectations and resolve issues. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Prior experience in construction supervision or site supervision. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting project drawings and technical specifications. * Leadership, organizational, and strong communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and control tools (Excel / schedules) is desirable. **Compensation** * Salary negotiable.
