Ensure confidentiality and security of information Check-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico, the third-largest laboratory in the state of Minas Gerais by number of examinations processed, operating in Clinical Analysis and Imaging Diagnosis, is seeking Receptionists. **Main Responsibilities:** **Greet customers, answer questions, and provide clear and accurate information about laboratory examinations and services;** * Fully comply with internal Service Order (OS) registration procedure POA-REC-001; * Dress according to company guidelines; * Keep the workplace organized and clean; * Ensure confidentiality and security of information, complying with information security and data protection policies and regulations; * Train, supervise, and provide feedback to new receptionists during onboarding; * Monitor, oversee, and adjust routines for junior and mid-level receptionists; * Resolve potential customer conflicts and escalate to immediate supervisor when necessary; * Supervise daily cash closing; * Generate performance indicators regarding the percentage of incorrect requisition forms per receptionist and monitor them; * Receive, register, forward, and analyze incidents (RNC) to managers and SGQ, ensuring confidentiality and traceability of information; * Monitor activities of Clinics/Partners according to internal agreements; * Request and track operational consumables in the system; * Open operational service tickets (Infrastructure – IT – Logistics) when applicable. **Requirements:** - Availability to work flexible hours; - Prior experience in reception (minimum 1 year); **Work Schedule:** 12x36: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM **Base Salary: R$1.621,00 + benefits.** **Benefits:** * Monthly individual performance bonus (Attendance): R$260.00 * Meal allowance: R$220.24 fixed + R$9.45 per business day * Unimed Health Plan with co-payment (company subsidy for employee based on age group; employee may include family members at their own expense) * Uniodonto Dental Plan (company subsidy: 50%) * Life Insurance (company subsidy: 100%) * Gympass; * Longevity Leave: Additional 1 day of vacation for every 5 years of service; * Emotional Support: Dedicated psychologist for the Employee Well-being Program; * Birthday Gift Card: R$50; * Discounts on examinations and consultations conducted at Check-Up.
