Job Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to work with IT infrastructure, networking, and maintenance, interacting directly with clients and managing teams. Key Highlights: 1. Management of reports, KPIs, and teams **Job Objective** Objective To hire a Level II professional to work in Araguari/MG with technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, electrical and data systems maintenance, and who also possesses strong interpersonal skills for direct client interaction—ensuring deployed solutions meet their needs. The focus is on delivering technical support, ensuring service quality, performing installation maintenance, and meeting SLA requirements. This role demands both technical proficiency and interpersonal capabilities, including regular client communication and end-user training. Additionally, strong report and KPI management skills, as well as team leadership abilities, are required. **Main Responsibilities** * **Field Work and Installation:** Perform physical installation and system configuration. * **Network and Electrical Infrastructure:** Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on data infrastructure and low-voltage electrical networks. * **System Configuration:** Operate and optimize devices running the Android operating system and web applications. * **Customer Support and Assistance:** Provide on-site technical support (Level 1), resolve inquiries, and ensure optimal user experience with the solution. * **Training:** Deliver end-user training to ensure correct use of implemented technologies. * **Management and Reporting:** Prepare technical maintenance reports and usage KPIs; serve as the direct liaison between coordination and the client for results presentation. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in IT, Automation, Electronics, or related fields. * **Technical Experience:** Minimum 2 years in web/network systems support and 1 year in low-voltage infrastructure/electrical systems. * **Specific Knowledge:** Experience with **camera installation and biometric/facial recognition systems**. * **Mobility:** Must own a **personal vehicle**, and be fully available for **field work and travel**. **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable)** * Experience supervising third-party teams. * Knowledge of cost estimation and procurement of technical supplies. **Offer and Benefits** * **Work Model:** On-site / Field-based (Araguari/MG). * **Employment Contract:** CLT \| Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\. * **Compensation:** R$ 2\.960,00 (Gross). * **Meals:** Swile Food (R$ 32,93/day) \+ Daily allowance (R$ 9,31/day). * **Health & Dental:** SulAmérica (100% covered for the employee, no co-payment) \+ Subsidy for dependents up to age 18. * **Wellness:** Wellhub (Gympass) and Total Pass. * **Mobility:** Kilometer reimbursement (R$ 1.20/km) \+ Vehicle insurance assistance (R$ 120.00\). * **Additional Benefits:** Life insurance and full coverage of business travel expenses per internal policy.
