Focus on team safety, quality, and performance We are seeking a **Logistics Leader** to direct operational teams, ensuring adherence to routines, safety, quality, and operational performance. **Responsibilities** * Direction of operational teams; * Management of contractors; * Management of operational routines; * Support for safety, quality, and team performance management in relation to results. * Monitoring of agreed SLAs * Implementation and dissemination of the 5S discipline. **Requirements** * Completed high school or technical education; * Experience in team leadership; * Experience in managing operational results; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Availability for overtime. **Working Hours** 10:00 AM to 7:48 PM and 10:12 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday\-Friday **What We Offer** Salary: BRL 3500.00; Benefits: Transportation voucher (VT), meal allowance (VA), on-site meals with no deduction, life insurance, dental assistance, Total Pass, and attendance bonus.
