Logistics process and KPI management *Main Responsibilities:* * *Conduct daily meetings and assign tasks to the team;* * *Monitor operational KPIs;* * *Prepare non-conformance reports;* * *Manage attendance, time bank, and overtime;* * *Conduct training sessions and ensure area organization;* * *Participate in strategic meetings with coordination.* *Qualifications* * *Completed undergraduate degree;* * *Experience as an operational leader (logistics environment is a plus);* * *Knowledge of logistics processes and KPIs;* * *Profile: leadership, assertive communication, results orientation, resilience.* * *People management experience* * *Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency* * *Availability to work Monday through Saturday, night shift (initially from 01:00 to 08:20\)* * *Availability for holidays and overtime.* *VR = BRL 27.00 per working day* * *Overtime pay at 100%* * *Night shift allowance at 30%* * *Shuttle service* * *Breakfast* Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
