Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for managing fleet maintenance and cleaning. * Collect fuel consumption indicators per vehicle through reports, aiming to reduce expenses. * Develop driver schedules using weekly planning to ensure client service without exceeding permitted working hours. * Ensure vehicle monitoring using the ABM system. * Guarantee adherence to agreed-upon schedules with clients. * Ensure all drivers are registered in the tracking system to enable verification of timecard hours. * Optimize driver travel routes by cross-referencing data from the tracking and monitoring systems to avoid dead mileage. * Ensure confidentiality and discretion regarding all information related to processes to which one has access or knowledge. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in logistics, including schedule planning. * Completed undergraduate degree; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with computerized systems; * Experience in team management. **Additional Information** **Salary**: * Between R$ 3\.000,00 and R$ 4\.000,00 **Benefits**: * Meal allowance; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Group life insurance; * Health plan; * Dental plan; * Partnerships with universities; * Salary advance.
