This role ensures a positive customer experience by understanding client needs and offering solutions aligned with project requirements, always in accordance with the company's commercial policies and strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Actively prospect new clients and maintain relationships with the existing client portfolio. * Identify business opportunities and present available equipment and rental services. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and rental contracts, adhering to company standards and policies. * Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms within established limits. * Monitor the rental process from demand initiation through equipment delivery to the client. * Record all interactions and negotiations in the CRM system or internal tools. * Follow up post\-rental to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities. * Collaborate with logistics, billing, and workshop departments to ensure proper execution of requests. * Achieve monthly sales targets, performance indicators, and objectives set by the commercial manager.
