Focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental standards A company in the **event structures** sector, located in Ribeirão das Neves/MG, is hiring. **01 Assembly Leader Position #500** Ribeirão das Neves/MG and other cities according to event locations. **Salary:** Between R$ 3,000.00 and R$ 4,000.00 (based on experience) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday. **Working Hours:** 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM. Availability for flexible hours and travel is required. (Large projects typically last 20–30 days on-site). Locations include MG, SP, RJ, and others depending on events. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$30.00 per working day. * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance: mileage-based reimbursement. * Medical and Dental Plan: UNIFÁCIL (70% covered by employer, 30% by employee). * Gympass / Wellhub: no payroll deduction for the professional; access via app with payment according to selected plan. * Flexible scheduling: * Monday to Friday: Overtime hours are credited to a time bank. * Weekends and holidays: Hours worked are compensated as bonus pay, $. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead assembly teams, assigning and monitoring field activities in accordance with project specifications and planning. * Request materials from Planning in case of unforeseen events or emergency demands. * Perform checklists for equipment receipt and return related to assembly operations. * Act as the point of contact between clients, teams, and the company during assembly and, when necessary, during the event itself. * Report daily progress of assembly activities to Planning against the scheduled timeline. * Operate vehicles to support logistics during the assembly process. * Monitor performance and timekeeping for both in-house and third-party teams. * Guide and support new employees during their onboarding and integration process. * Comply with and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. * Maintain organization and proper care of assembly equipment and company assets. * Perform related duties as directed by immediate supervisor. **Desired Skills:** * Team management and strong communication skills * Team leadership * Organization and sense of urgency * Decision-making ability * Technical drawing interpretation * Practical knowledge of event structure assembly * Attention to safety regulations **Preferred Experience:** 2 years Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree Desired Qualifications: Production/Industrial Engineering or other Bachelor’s degree Driver’s License: Categories A and B * Gympass/Wellhub * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Fuel Assistance or Transportation Allowance * R$ 30.00 Meal Allowance (per working day) * Unimed Medical and Dental Plan (after probationary period)
