YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor the daily productivity of the external sales team through spreadsheet updates and control mechanisms. * Report daily sales results to the Regional Coordinator. * Define sales routes for the external sales team in accordance with guidelines established with the Regional Coordinator. * Monitor the external sales representatives in your region, provide feedback, deliver training, and implement development initiatives to ensure productivity and achievement of regional sales targets. * Serve as the liaison between the Regional Coordinator and the sales team, ensuring effective communication of guidelines, results, and operationally relevant information. * Occasionally participate in company-sponsored events, representing the brand, presenting products and services, and reinforcing the company’s institutional image.
