Monitor and ensure the store achieves its targets and results. Monitor individual and collective performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements. Foster a motivating, high-performance-oriented environment. Provide direct support to the team in negotiations and commercial processes. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Sales Leader, or Commercial Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
