Acts as the liaison between the sales manager and the team, promoting alignment, performance, and results. * Supervise the sales team in the field or internally. * Ensure the team meets its sales targets. * Monitor performance indicators (volume, positive sales rate, average transaction value, etc.). * Deliver training, feedback, and ongoing coaching to the team. * Develop and monitor sales representatives' visit schedules. * Support negotiations with strategic customers when necessary. * Monitor implementation of commercial policies at the point of sale (POS). * Review sales reports and propose improvement actions. * Report results and relevant situations to the sales manager.
