Responsibilities and Duties Guide cooperatives on coffee market and quality; Manage cooperatives in pre\-commercialization; Manage procurement; Manage cooperatives in post\-commercialization; Integrate coffee commercial guidelines; Execute administrative procedures; Monitor and control the financial status of cooperatives. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Internet, and proficiency in CRM tools. Knowledge of the company's operational market and industry trends. Knowledge of Coffee Classification and Quality. Residence in Nova Resende Advantages Postgraduate degree or MBA in Sales or Commercial Management. Certifications in sales techniques and negotiation.
