You will be responsible for remote support of high-value assets (equipment valued between R$ 50k and R$ 80k). What We Seek (Technical and Behavioral Profile) Analytical Profile: Sharp logical reasoning and focus on problem-solving (troubleshooting). Solid IT Foundation: Hardware: Knowledge of components, assembly, and diagnostics. Software/OS: Proficiency in operating systems, drivers, and device managers. Networking: Understanding of IP addressing and inter-device communication. Bonus: Basic programming logic knowledge (developer mindset). Soft Skills: Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service. ️ Key Responsibilities Perform technical diagnostics via remote access. Analyze requests to identify root causes (not just immediate fixes). Support specific machinery and critical network devices. Collaborate with a team of 15 specialists to ensure smooth operations. * Work Schedule Standard Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Shift Schedule (Night Shift): During specific periods, work hours are 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Note: The night shift includes an earlier start time to compensate for hours, eliminating the need for Saturday shifts. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: R$ 2\.000,00\.
