Assist in opening and tracking tickets with technology vendors. Support meetings to gather and understand internal department needs. Assist in documenting processes related to Zema Group products and systems. Support drafting functional requirements and systemic improvement records. Collaborate in creating and updating operational procedures and manuals. Assist in tracking system updates provided by technology partners. Support the team in monitoring new product rollouts and technology initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications:** **Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in fields such as:** Information Systems; Computer Science; Software Engineering; Computer Engineering; Systems Analysis and Development; or related disciplines. Interest in technology, systems, and business processes. Analytical thinking and curiosity to understand problems and propose solutions. Strong communication skills and ease interacting with various departments across the company. Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
