Summary: EdgeUno is seeking a hands-on NOC Analyst to monitor and support telecommunications infrastructure, troubleshoot network issues, and deliver outstanding customer support. Highlights: 1. Competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth in networking. **Job Description:** At EdgeUno, we are looking for a hands\-on **NOC Analyst** to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team and help monitor and support our telecommunications infrastructure across Latin America. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on solving network\-related issues, has foundational knowledge in network operations, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer support. This role is key to ensuring network uptime and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our engineering teams and clients, using tools like Zabbix, LibreNMS, and Grafana to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents efficiently. Fluency in English is required **Core Responsibilities:** * Monitor network devices and systems using tools like Zabbix, LibreNMS, and Grafana. * Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, escalating when necessary. * Open, manage, and follow up on tickets with internal and external stakeholders. * Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and incident resolutions. * Respond to customer inquiries via calls and tickets in English. * Collaborate with the Network Engineering Team on network configurations and improvements. * Participate in special projects across the Network, SRE, and Cloud teams. * Work from the office in rotating shift hours. **Requirements:** * Fluent English (mandatory). * CCNA, JNCIA, or other network certification **OR** previous experience in a NOC or similar technical support environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and handle shift\-based schedules. * Customer\-focused mindset, especially under pressure. * Eagerness to learn and continuously grow in the networking field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with network monitoring systems (Zabbix, LibreNMS, Grafana). * Spanish language skills (a plus). * Ongoing technical education in networking or a related area. **What We Offer** At EdgeUno, we offer a competitive compensation package, training and development opportunities, and a collaborative environment where you’ll be part of a technical team committed to operational excellence.
