For this position, we require specific knowledge and experience—let’s see if you’re a fit? **For this role, we expect you to have:** * Advanced knowledge of finance, accounting, economics, business administration, and related fields. * Experience as a financial manager. * Teamwork skills * Organizational skills * Communication skills * Initiative * Adaptability to change and flexibility * Analytical ability * Empathy * Ability to share knowledge easily **It will be a plus if you:** * Have experience with the Sankhya system. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Overseeing daily **finance** operations and **administrative** activities, * Maintaining up-to-date cash flow records and proposing corrective actions (developing trends and projections for the company’s finances). * Monitoring store cash routines and closings * Managing accounts payable and receivable for stores and e-commerce * Managing credit and debit card receivables * Managing e-commerce cash * Managing the company’s budget. * Preparing financial reports and interpreting financial information for managers—and simultaneously recommending possible actions. * Recommending investment activities and offering strategies the company may adopt * Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales performance, and current company performance versus business plans. * Maintaining relationships with banks. * Conducting analyses and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities. * Supervising financial department operations, setting objectives, and designing a structure to achieve them. * Collaborating with various other departments, discussing company plans, and agreeing on future directions. * Managing external accounting * Managing financing pipelines **Still unsure whether LOJASOLO is a great place to work?
