Our purpose is to create new smiles every day, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset, which transforms our employees into a high-performance team. **Opportunity for Curitiba/PR** **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Record and verify invoices, freight bills (CT-es), and fiscal notes. * Create purchase requests and orders in the SAP system. * Support freight management and control, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to SLAs. * Support branches across Brazil in reviewing, standardizing, and executing processes and work instructions. * Update, validate, and analyze logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop management reports to support strategic and operational decisions. * Monitor logistics costs jointly with Finance, supporting analyses and reconciliations. * Lead continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives for logistics processes. * Review and update procedures, workflows, and work instructions. * Stay updated on trends, tools, and methodologies in logistics and supply chain. * **What do you need to have or know?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of Power BI and statistics. * Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus. * Experience in last-mile operations, logistics metrics, and performance analysis is desirable. * Experience in process optimization, automation, and improvement projects is desirable. * Collaborative profile with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively across multiple departments and locations. * Availability to work 100% on-site at the CIC region during business hours. **What will you find here?** * National health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental insurance plan; * Gympass; * Meal allowance; * Cafeteria at manufacturing facilities; * Transportation allowance or parking subsidy; * Private pension plan.
