Responsibilities and Duties Perform quality control of production stages and final products. Conduct laboratory analyses related to Cotesia Flavipes production. Issue quality control reports. Monitor quality and production efficiency indicators. Support process improvement tests (cost reduction, efficiency gains, standardization). Monitor experimental tests and validation of new methods. Provide technical support to laboratory leadership. Requirements and Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Residence in Igarapava, Delta, or Uberaba. Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. Desirable Requirements Laboratory and quality control experience; Knowledge of insect rearing or biological control; Knowledge of microscopy techniques.
