If this profile resonates with you and you wish to join a team guided by excellence and results-oriented, apply now and help us build a promising future! **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage environmental affairs for the highway concession, coordinating and executing activities related to monitoring, licensing, impact mitigation, environmental education, and compliance with legal and contractual conditions, ensuring adherence to environmental legislation and standards required by regulatory agencies. * Environmental Licensing Management: Prepare, track, and review environmental licensing studies and processes (LP, LI, LO) with agencies such as IBAMA, state and municipal environmental authorities; * Compliance with Licensing Conditions: Coordinate and monitor fulfillment of environmental conditions stipulated in licenses and the concession agreement, including preparation of reports and submission to competent authorities (e.g., ANTT and environmental agencies); * Environmental Monitoring: Plan, execute, and/or oversee monitoring campaigns for fauna, flora, noise, water quality, air quality, and soil quality, in partnership with specialized consulting firms; * Environmental Programs Management: Supervise implementation of mandatory environmental programs (e.g., fauna/flora rescue, vegetation removal, restoration of degraded areas, environmental education); * Field Works and Activities Inspection: Assess and monitor execution of highway construction works from an environmental perspective, identifying deviations, guiding corrective actions, and ensuring adoption of sound environmental practices; * Engagement with Regulatory Agencies: Serve as the focal point for communication with environmental agencies, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, ANTT, and local communities, providing technical reports, information, and participating in meetings and site inspections; * Waste and Environmental Liabilities Management: Support implementation and oversight of waste management plans, and identify, assess, and propose solutions for existing environmental liabilities; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Geography, Environmental Management, or related fields; Experience in environmental licensing, construction inspection, and environmental program management; Prior experience in infrastructure, transportation, or highway concession sectors is highly desirable. For the Way-262 Concession, Way Brasil partners with the investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. is responsible for managing the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), incorporating 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway traverses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, spanning 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 segment under concession runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment extends from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. is responsible for the BR-262 concession in Minas Gerais State, covering the stretch from km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
