Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Managing strategic contracts for services, construction works, and supplies; * Handling contractual risk management, compliance, and governance; * Leading negotiations, claims, and conflict resolution; * Monitoring contractual KPIs, costs, and contract performance; * Liaising with Legal, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations departments; * Supporting procurement processes, technical evaluation, and decision-making; * Conducting internal/external audits and ensuring compliance; * Leading teams and promoting continuous improvement in contractual processes. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Administration and/or related fields; * Solid experience in contract management within mining or large-scale projects; * Experience with large-scale contracts (CAPEX/services/supply); * Preferred knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
