We are looking for someone with **strategic vision, leadership profile, and decision-making ability**, who enjoys challenges and wants to make a real difference in the journeys of students and educators. **Key Responsibilities:** **Pedagogical Management** * Supervise implementation of pedagogical projects for technical courses, ensuring quality and alignment with network guidelines * Monitor academic performance, dropout, and retention indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions * Coordinate institutional evaluation processes and promote continuous improvement of teaching and learning * Support and guide pedagogical coordination and teaching staff in developing educational practices **Administrative and Operational Management** * Plan and control the unit’s budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization * Supervise enrollment, re-enrollment, and academic secretariat processes * Ensure adherence to academic calendars across all shifts * Maintain, preserve, clean, and ensure suitability of facilities and laboratories **People Management** * Lead multidisciplinary teams (coordination, faculty, and administrative staff) * Conduct selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and evaluation processes * Foster a collaborative, ethical, and results-oriented environment * Identify training needs and encourage continuous team development **Institutional and Commercial Relations** * Represent the institution before regulatory bodies (SRE, SEE, CEE, COREN, CRTR), partners, and the local community * Foster partnerships with companies for internships, technical visits, and graduate employability **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs** * Ensure compliance with current educational legislation and internal policies * Coordinate course authorization, recognition, and renewal processes with competent authorities * Maintain updated and legally compliant institutional records **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably administration, finance, business, or education) * Postgraduate specialization in Educational Management, Administration, or related fields (preferred) * MBA or specialization in People Management or Leadership (a plus) * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in educational management and leadership roles * Experience in technical/professional education (a plus) * Experience managing multiple shifts and large-scale teams **Work Model** * Employment type: On-site * Schedule: Flexible * Location: Divinópolis/MG **Benefits** * Fuel allowance * Flexible meal/food voucher (VR/VA) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Tuition assistance * Wellhub **Join us in our mission to transform lives through high-quality technical education.** If this position aligns with your purpose, apply now and become part of this transformation!
