Development of reports and dashboards in Power BI **Job Objective** Strategically coordinate operational HR processes, ensuring information reliability, operational workflow efficiency, and decision-making support through KPIs and managerial analysis, directly impacting operational results. **Main Responsibilities** Coordinate payroll timekeeping closure, ensuring deadlines, legal compliance, collective bargaining agreements, and internal guidelines. Ensure governance and integrity of working hours data, managing the identification and analysis of operational inconsistencies. Design, monitor, and analyze strategic operational and HR Operations KPIs. Develop and maintain managerial reports and dashboards in Power BI, transforming operational data into strategic insights. Support regional and corporate leadership in performance interpretation, deviation identification, and action plan definition. Collaborate closely with partner areas (Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology) to promote process standardization and continuous improvement. Contribute to the analytical maturity of the area, strengthening a data-driven management culture. **Technical Requirements** Experience in operational HR management, especially working hours control and timekeeping. Strong knowledge of operational indicators and data analysis. Experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, dashboard development). Advanced-level Excel proficiency. Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to working hours and timekeeping (preferred). **Behavioral Competencies** Strategic vision and results orientation.
