Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business OPS professional to serve as the bridge between data, operations, and technology—ensuring efficient processes and information-driven decisions within a rapidly growing team. We are expanding our strategic area and looking for a **Senior Business OPS** professional to act as the bridge between **data, operations, and technology**, ensuring efficient processes, intelligent automations, and information-driven decisions. The challenge is to transform data into action, optimize internal workflows, implement automations (including **N8N**), and support leadership in Coders’ strategic execution in Brazil. Requirements: Your main responsibilities will be: * Build, monitor, and evolve **BI dashboards and reports**, translating data into actionable insights; * Identify bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end internal processes; * Implement **automations**, especially in **N8N**, ensuring greater efficiency and scalability; * Support leadership with OKRs, goals, and KPIs, ensuring rhythm and alignment; * Coordinate strategic and operational projects (planning, deadlines, deliverables, and resources); * Collaborate with multiple teams (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, and People), ensuring operational fluidity; * Present results and analyses clearly and visually to decision-makers; * Support initiatives related to expansion, scalability, and continuous improvement. * ️ **Hard Skills that catch our eye:** * 5–8 years of experience in **Business Ops, BI, data, IT, operations, or strategy**; * Advanced proficiency in **spreadsheets and data analysis** (Excel/Google Sheets); * Experience with BI tools (**Power BI** or similar); * Hands-on experience with **process automation**, especially **N8N**; * Ability to translate complex information into simple, clear narratives; * Experience in startups, technology, or agile environments is a plus; * Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management is desirable; * Intermediate English for reading. **Soft Skills we value:** Clear communication and **ability to influence decisions**; Analytical thinking and **systemic vision**; **Extreme focus on results** and continuous improvement; **Collaboration** and ease of cross-functional integration; **Proactivity** and curiosity about technology.
