Developing managerial reports and dashboards in Power BI **Position Objective** Act strategically in coordinating HR operational processes, ensuring information reliability, operational workflow efficiency, and decision-making support through managerial indicators and analyses—directly impacting operational results. **Key Responsibilities** Coordinate payroll timekeeping closure, ensuring deadlines, legal compliance, collective bargaining agreements, and internal guidelines. Ensure governance and integrity of working hours data, managing the handling and analysis of operational inconsistencies. Structure, monitor, and analyze strategic operational and HR Operations (RHO) KPIs. Develop and maintain managerial reports and dashboards in Power BI, transforming operational data into strategic insights. Support regional and corporate leadership in performance interpretation, deviation identification, and action plan definition. Collaborate integrally with partner areas (Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology), promoting process standardization and continuous improvement. Contribute to the analytical maturity of the area, strengthening a data-driven management culture. **Technical Requirements** Experience in HR operational management, especially working hours control and timekeeping. Solid knowledge of operational indicators and data analysis. Experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, dashboard development). Advanced-level Excel proficiency. Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to working hours and timekeeping (preferred). **Behavioral Competencies** Strategic vision and results orientation.
