




Job Summary: Tax Analyst to handle tax calculations, preparation of ancillary tax obligations, tax analysis, and support on tax legislation within an industrial company. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on tax analysis and tax legislation Evolute, in partnership with a large multinational industrial company operating globally, is conducting the selection process for the position of Tax Analyst. Job Description: * Calculate indirect taxes such as ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS. * Record and verify incoming and outgoing fiscal documents. * Assist in preparing and submitting ancillary tax obligations, including SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, GIA, DCTF, among others. * Support tax analysis of fiscal invoices, verifying CFOP, CST, tax rates, taxation regimes, and other relevant information. * Contribute to controlling and fulfilling ancillary tax obligations within legal deadlines. * Participate in reviewing and validating XML files from suppliers and customers. * Assist in issuing tax reports and statements for internal and external audits. * Support interpretation and application of tax legislation, especially as it pertains to the industrial sector. * Collaborate closely with Accounting, Logistics, Procurement, and Production departments to ensure correct classification and appropriate tax treatment of operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: * Basic understanding of tax and fiscal legislation. * Fundamental knowledge of direct and indirect taxes. * Familiarity with SPED Fiscal and SPED Contributions. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Protheus, Datasul, or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate-level Excel (preferred).
