Identify and map current and future business processes. Define and document functional and technical requirements. Configure and customize SAP modules according to business requirements. Develop and test SAP solutions to meet specific requirements. Perform unit and integrated testing to ensure solution quality. Integrate SAP systems with other legacy systems. Develop and test integration interfaces. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. Provide end-user support for SAP-related issues. Resolve SAP-related problems and incidents. Plan and execute acceptance and validation testing of SAP solutions. Ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for SAP solutions. Develop and deliver training for end users and IT teams. Train end users on SAP functionalities and processes. Identify opportunities for improvement in SAP processes and systems. Propose and implement enhancements and updates to SAP systems. Ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices, and identify and report defects and issues. Participate in SAP implementation projects as a functional specialist. Collaborate with IT, business, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of SAP solutions. Communicate progress and issues to teams and stakeholders. Ensure SAP solutions comply with security and compliance standards. Implement controls and procedures to ensure data security and integrity. ? Required Knowledge Business process improvement ERP SAP system configuration Project management and related ecosystem experience in one or more functional modules (ACM, FI, CO, SD, MM, HCM, PP, QN, PM, PS, DMS, LES, TRA, CM, TRM, FIORI). Hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP ECC implementation and migration to S/4HANA, interface/integration analysis, and ABAP programming. Experience in business process analysis and improvement Knowledge of SAP module configuration and customization. ABAP programming knowledge (optional). Expertise in integrating SAP systems with other systems. Functional business knowledge and process mapping. Expertise in analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions. Knowledge of SAP solution testing and validation. Expertise in end-user training and support. Familiarity with ASAP methodology and tools for SAP implementation. Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. ? Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, related fields, or Administration. Postgraduate degree in IT Management SAP ECC / S/4HANA Academy certification in any functional module (FI, CO, SD, MM, ACM, PP, QN, PM, PS, DMS, LES, TRA) Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency (desirable) ?
