Providing support for basic air-conditioning maintenance and other requirements **Job Responsibilities:** Responsible for supervising building maintenance routines, including reading reports and meters, inspecting substations and pump houses, verifying equipment operation, cleaning electrical panels, performing tests and preventive and corrective maintenance. Also responsible for basic air\-conditioning maintenance and supporting other departmental requirements. **Requirements:** Electrical training (minimum 160 hours) with certification; SEP and NR10 certifications; Experience in building maintenance. **Education:** Completed high school. **Working Hours:** To be determined — either from 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM or from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM\.
