**Job Mission** Serve in the sales area for demands related to the technical and functional aspects of products, contributing to customers' appropriate decision-making and minimizing risks for both customers and the company. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Possess technical and functional knowledge of the products sold, aiming to meet the company's demands and interests; * Serve customers in person or by phone, identifying their needs and guiding them with all necessary information about available products and their proper use; * Understand and address customer demands by assessing their installations remotely or *in loco*, demonstrating advantages and disadvantages of possible solutions, contributing to decision-making, processing the sale, and ensuring delivery within the company's logistical capacity and the customer's urgency; * Ensure commercial terms that satisfy the customer while meeting the company's financial interests, especially regarding collection risks in credit sales; * Manage the customer portfolio by analyzing, classifying, and prioritizing service according to needs. ### **Basic Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; * Knowledge of sales techniques; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge and experience in Refrigeration will be considered a plus; * Undergraduate studies in progress.
