**Job Mission** Support sales activities related to the technical and functional aspects of products, contributing to customers' appropriate decision-making while minimizing risks for both customers and the company. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Possess thorough technical and functional knowledge of the products sold, aiming to meet the company's demands and interests; * Serve customers in person or by phone, identifying their needs and guiding them with all necessary information about available products and their proper usage; * Understand and respond to customer requirements by assessing their installations either remotely or *in loco*, demonstrating advantages and disadvantages of possible solutions, supporting decision-making, processing sales, and ensuring delivery within the company's logistical capacity and the customer's urgency; * Ensure commercial terms that satisfy the customer while meeting the company's financial interests, especially regarding receivables risk in credit sales; * Manage the customer portfolio by analyzing, classifying, and prioritizing service according to customer needs. ### **Basic Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; * Knowledge of sales techniques; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge and experience in Refrigeration will be considered a plus; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
