Coordination of support services and guidance for junior receptionists Job Description: * Providing personalized guest service throughout the entire hotel stay, with focus on resolving complex requests and delivering service excellence; * Efficiently conducting check\-in and check\-out procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and protocols; * Managing guest registrations, verifying documentation, payment methods, and security data entry—including sanitary protocols adopted by the hotel chain; * Issuing fiscal invoices, posting room charges, and managing financial controls, including periodic auditing of front desk administrative entries to ensure accuracy and compliance; * Supervising and guiding Junior Receptionists to ensure adherence to unit procedures and standards; * Coordinating guest support services such as wake-up calls, scheduling of additional services, and future reservations; * Providing detailed recommendations and guidance regarding accommodations, hotel services, and local activities; * Enforcing and monitoring internal policies, security protocols, and service standards; * Organizing and supervising front office administrative routines to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with management; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure trainings for the role, delivered via EAD, in-person, or as directed by management.
