Results-oriented focus and adherence to cooperative principles **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Provide service and relationship management for individual members; Identify member needs and offer appropriate financial solutions (credit, investments, insurance, and other products); Engage in prospecting new members and retaining the existing portfolio; Monitor and manage the member portfolio to ensure growth and profitability; Achieve commercial targets and maintain high service quality aligned with cooperative principles. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields); Prior experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably within a financial institution; Knowledge of financial products and services for individuals; Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and results orientation; Organizational skills and capability to manage a customer portfolio; Alignment with cooperative principles; ANBIMA certification is desirable **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Fuel allowance, Parking, Life insurance, Meal voucher
