




Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with individual cooperative members, managing portfolios, providing financial consulting, and promoting financial education. Consultative service and solution offering **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with individual cooperative members through portfolio management of products and services and support to business teams. Provide personalized financial consulting to meet members' needs and contribute to the cooperative's results, with emphasis on customer retention, sustainable growth, and service quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage individual cooperative members' (PF) portfolio, including prospecting, visits, consultative service, and offering customized financial solutions. * Achieve established targets by expanding members' participation in the product and service portfolio. * Promote financial education within the community to strengthen relationships and reinforce the cooperative's unique value proposition. * Ensure effective promotion of products and services, highlighting competitive advantages and the cooperative's differentiators. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (BACEN, CVM, ANBIMA) and internal cooperative policies. * Prevent delinquency and manage credit recovery, proposing renegotiation when necessary. * Support decision-making with market information, portfolio reports, and performance indicator analysis. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * ANBIMA certification. * Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques. * Experience in customer service and sales of products and services. * Interpersonal communication, organization, and planning skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Valid driver's license and availability for travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business/Finance. * Experience in credit cooperatives or financial institutions. * Experience managing individual (PF) portfolios. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Reading allowance, Therapy allowance, Day Off, Annual profit-sharing, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Wellhub
