Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals—and even more about yourself. **Responsibilities and Duties** **DATA:** Location: Ribas do Rio Pardo \| MS Application deadline: 05/19/26 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** **JOB SUMMARY** Manage the open work order portfolio in SAP, optimizing labor and available resources to meet the maintenance needs of the area and contribute to achieving Planning and Maintenance targets. Establish schedules for Scheduled Shutdowns, General Shutdowns, and Weekly Planning, and coordinate their execution. Must: centralize information on services to be performed; promote resource optimization, managing costs and budgets; conduct meetings to align schedules; generate execution reports; hold evaluation and lessons-learned meetings and reports, and ensure application of these learnings to optimize planning. Implement operational and maintenance improvements primarily aimed at increasing accuracy in maintenance planning. **General Responsibilities** * Know and apply SIG procedures and standards. * Manage the portfolio of open Work Orders and open Service Orders via SAP, controlling backlog at appropriate levels. * Prepare power outage schedules in coordination with electrical transformer de-energization interfaces. * Plan Work Orders, defining priorities jointly with stakeholders and assigning suitable resources with involvement from performers, converting them into Service Orders. * Schedule Service Orders in agreement with stakeholders. * Verify planning accuracy with performers and implement corrective actions for deviations, recording them in SAP. * Daily monitoring of cost evolution, informing and alerting your manager about such developments. * Maintain a database of services for Planned Projects (PP) within your area of responsibility. * Plan PP-related services, adhering to the PP event schedule. * Coordinate support and logistics services (catering, restrooms, transportation, radios, container rentals, etc.), assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and mitigate deviations. * Negotiate labor and resources with other areas, with approval from both areas’ supervision. * Issue execution schedules indicating critical paths and responsibilities. * Issue execution, budget, and lessons-learned reports. * Ensure timely availability of necessary resources for service execution—either through Procurement or direct purchase—within your competence level as defined by SPC. * Process stock adjustment requests; issue purchase requisitions (RCs) for services and materials upon supervision’s request. * Ensure verification of materials from direct purchases upon receipt by Procurement. * Participate in daily scheduling meetings and coordinate weekly scheduling meetings. * Develop and optimize technical planning procedures for activities. * Create, audit, and improve planning procedures to drive continuous improvement. * Identify and act to resolve issues flagged by plant KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Control and Automation / Mechatronics or related fields; * Technical course in Electrical, Automation, or Electroelectronics is desirable; * Experience in Maintenance Service Planning and Cost Control; * Knowledge of electric motors, instrumented valves, actuators, and electrical transformers; * Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, spreadsheets, and reading/interpreting technical drawings; * Hands-on experience with SAP PM module. **Additional Information** **WE OFFER MUCH MORE THAN JUST PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Health care: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance plans; Meal voucher or cafeteria, grocery allowance (VA), and an additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income matters—but also offer extra income through our Annual Variable Compensation Program; Private pension plan to help you prepare for the future; Remote work options for corporate roles, flexible working hours, and casual dress code; To generate and share value, we provide e-learning courses and training via our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it is good for the world!
