Job Summary: Manage the strategic and budgetary planning cycle, aligning the vision of the board and presidency with the execution of business units, and supporting executive decision-making. Executive Decision Support and Project Feasibility The Strategic Planning and Controller Manager is responsible for managing the organization's strategic and budgetary planning cycle, ensuring alignment between the board's and presidency's vision and business unit execution. Conduct market analysis, monitor performance indicators (KPIs), and support executive decision-making. * Development and monitoring of strategic planning; * Application of strategic planning methodologies and tools; * Identification and maintenance of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) indicators; * Corporate project feasibility analysis; * Review of corporate budget planning and forecast/rolling forecast; * Support to business verticals in developing sales plans, new product lines, and expansion initiatives; * Support in economic market studies and M&A; * Team management and leadership; * Leadership and delivery of departmental results; * Development, tracking, and maintenance of consolidated budget and forecast; * Monitoring of reseller procurement maps; * Monitoring of sales maps by vertical; * Project tracking and feasibility analysis.
