Our commitment extends beyond business: **we prioritize quality, professional ethics, social responsibility, and environmental respect**, ensuring a collaborative and healthy work environment for our employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support access control and user management on the Office 365 platform; Provide support for the internal network based on Active Directory; Offer support for applications within the Office 365 ecosystem (Office Suite, SharePoint, Copilot, Exchange, OneDrive, and Planner); Provide support and install telephony and omnichannel Contact Center tools (XContact – telephony and WhatsApp); Provide support and oversee installation and maintenance of CCTV equipment (DVRs and cameras); Deliver IT support focused on infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows operating systems, applications, computer networks, multifunction devices, and general peripherals; Support execution of infrastructure-related projects within the scope of responsibilities; Perform administrative tasks, including financial control of the technology area, as defined by tools and role responsibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in IT-related fields (networking, infrastructure, information security, or related areas); **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support; Hands-on experience in infrastructure, computer networking, and information security; Experience exclusively in systems-focused areas will not be considered; **Technical Knowledge:** Microsoft Windows Pro (current and newer versions); Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration, including Exchange Online and permission management (Active Directory and access control); Basic knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, routing concepts, and Windows firewall); Basic knowledge of IP telephony (any platform); **Behavioral Competencies:** Proactivity and sense of responsibility; Ability to independently seek knowledge and solutions; Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terms for diverse audiences; Interest in development and growth within the infrastructure field; Courtesy and willingness to assist users. **Additional Information** **Competitive salary** **Medical assistance – Unimed** **Dental assistance – Uniodonto** **Meal/food allowance – R$30.00 per working day** **Transportation allowance** **Group life insurance** **Attendance bonus** **Quarterly performance-based bonus** **Education assistance** **TotalPass** **Mawdy PAP – Personal Assistance Program (specialized support in psychological, financial, and legal areas)** **Mawdy Telemedicine & Pharmacy** **ZenApp – Meditation and wellness platform** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Since 1954, Importadora Bagé has been a specialist in veterinary distribution, offering more because we know the market better.
