Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to provide user support, access control, and infrastructure maintenance for a veterinary pharmaceutical company. Key Highlights: 1. Our commitment goes beyond business: **we prioritize quality, professional ethics, social responsibility, and environmental respect**, ensuring a collaborative and healthy work environment for our employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** User access control (Microsoft Active Directory); General IT support for users (computers, telephones, applications, etc.); Installation and formatting of computers and mobile devices; Support for maintenance of general peripherals (printers, cameras, keyboards, etc.); Support for administration of IT components and peripherals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Technical or undergraduate studies in progress or completed in IT-related fields (networks, infrastructure, information security, or similar); **Experience:** Desired experience of 1 year in IT support; Preference for experience in infrastructure, networks, and servers; Profiles focused on systems (development) will not be considered; **Technical Knowledge:** Microsoft Windows 10 (installation, configuration, and support); Remote access tools and user assistance; Basic networking (TCP/IP); Formatting and installation of Windows operating systems; Basic Office suite; **Behavioral Competencies:** Courtesy in user interaction; Availability and proactivity in offering help; Willingness to learn and curiosity; Strong communication skills (asking questions and not withholding difficulties); Commitment and punctuality; **Additional Information** **Competitive salary** **Dental assistance – Uniodonto** **Meal/food allowance – R$30.00 per working day** **Transportation allowance** **Group life insurance** **Attendance bonus** **** **Possibility of permanent employment;** Role focused on infrastructure and support (computers, networks, and servers).
