Sou Coluna is looking for a Commercial Assistant with a welcoming, proactive profile and a sales focus to work at the unit’s reception desk. You will be the first point of contact for our patients — and that makes all the difference! Your responsibilities: Receive patients with attention, care, and empathy; Explain our treatments and plans clearly and persuasively; Handle appointments, rescheduling, and unit schedule organization; Support plan closures and assist in achieving commercial targets; Maintain an organized and functional reception area; Support the team and ensure a welcoming experience from start to finish. What we seek in you: Strong communication skills, empathy, and responsibility; Commercial mindset, with focus on targets and plan closures; Organizational skills and agility in customer service; Sales, reception, or customer service experience preferred; Commitment, punctuality, and eagerness to grow alongside the team. Job Details: Schedule: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Mon–Fri); 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Salary: BRL 1,700.00 + 20% hazard pay + Benefits + Commercial Assistant Bonus Employment Type: CLT (Brazilian formal employment regime) Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VA) + performance-based bonuses; Comprehensive training on the Sou Coluna method; * Welcoming environment with real development opportunities.
