Job Summary: Logistics Analyst to perform all activities within the Pickup/Scheduling department, ensuring agility and accuracy in processes and acting as a substitute for the supervisor. We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to perform all activities within the Pickup/Scheduling department to ensure agility and accuracy in processes and to substitute the supervisor during their absences. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, verify, and organize fiscal documentation for shipments according to procedures and legislation. * Issue transport bills of lading via system and verify the cargo manifest. * Support redelivery, return, and reverse logistics processes. * Verify freight values and support adjustments with the Sales Department. * Assist customers and provide information regarding cargo dispatch. * Receive customer payments, record them, and report to Finance. * Comply with company policies, standards, SOPs, and values. * Safeguard resources, support colleagues, share knowledge, and perform related tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Additional Information** * On-site meals; * Food basket; * Gas allowance; * PPR – Profit Sharing Program; * Health plan (Unimed, 50% covered); * Career and salary plan; * Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); * Day Off; * Love Package. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
