Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Helper to assist drivers with pickups and deliveries, loading, unloading, and cargo organization, as well as supporting warehouse (CD) organization. Ethical and respectful work environment We are looking for a responsible Helper to perform loading and unloading tasks for goods alongside trucks and support warehouse (CD) organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries, including loading, unloading, and cargo organization. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods by delivering them to respective responsible parties and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the finance department, and register them in the system. * Support cargo organization across warehouse (CD) platforms and maintain clean, organized storage areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use PPE correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed elementary education. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 3 months of experience in this role. **Specific Knowledge** * Cargo Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Knowledge – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** Food Basket Meal Allowance On-site Meals Department Bonus Health Insurance PPR – Profit Sharing Program Career and Compensation Plan SEST SENAT Agreement (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym) "Love Pack" (maternity kit) Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, businesses, and results.
