Focus on quality, sustainability, and cost optimization ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience in procurement, preferably in food and/or service sectors; * Negotiation, critical analysis, and decision-making skills; * Ability to organize and manage inventory; * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication; * Willingness to travel; ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify organizational requirements for inputs, ingredients, materials, and services (e.g., fresh and frozen foods, seasonings, cleaning products, utensils, etc.); * Research, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers, considering quality, price, delivery timelines, and reliability; * Negotiate favorable commercial terms (e.g., pricing, discounts, payment terms, etc.); * Manage inventory to prevent waste and ensure adequate product availability; * Ensure all procured inputs meet defined food safety and quality standards; * Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to identify cost-saving opportunities and advantageous alternatives; * Maintain strong, ethical, and professional relationships with suppliers to resolve any supply-related issues; * Incorporate sustainability practices when selecting suppliers and products, prioritizing environmentally responsible options; * Develop strategic procurement plans aligned with the organization’s production and consumption needs and workflows; Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Basic) Willingness to travel * Transportation allowance (CAJU card) * On-site meals * Basic food basket * Pharmacy benefits * Medical assistance
