Contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness **About the Role:** The Butchery Assistant will be responsible for supporting departmental operational activities, ensuring correct handling, preparation, and packaging of meats in accordance with the company's established quality and food safety standards. The role requires collaborative work with the team to maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing and cutting various types of meat as directed by the butcher; * Weigh, package, and label products in compliance with internal standards; * Monitor inventory, checking expiration dates and storage conditions; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils; * Properly dispose of waste following safety and hygiene regulations; * Support the team in meeting departmental demands, ensuring service efficiency and quality; * Comply with food safety and accident prevention regulations. **Requirements:** * Completion of elementary education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; * Knowledge of food handling and basic meat-cutting techniques.
