Opportunity to work with payroll, employee onboarding, and benefits Magiclean is recruiting candidates to join its team in the role of Administrative Analyst, with emphasis on HR, responsible for managing essential labor routines—including payroll processing, time tracking, employee onboarding, vacations, and terminations—ensuring compliance with legislation (CLT) and eSocial. * **Payroll**: salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and social charges. * **Onboarding and offboarding processes**: document organization, employment record registration, contracts, terminations, and homologations. * **Time tracking**: monitoring working hours, hour banks, absences and delays, shift scheduling. * **Benefits administration**: transportation allowance, meal vouchers, medical/dental insurance, among others. * **Fulfillment of legal obligations**: submission of information to systems such as eSocial, DCFTWEB, and REINF. * **Employee support**: clarifying questions regarding rights, internal policies, and labor procedures. * **Updating records and documentation**: organizing physical and digital employee files. Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree Desirable: 6 months of experience in the field Desirable: familiarity with the Senior system.
