If you are driven by challenges and want to make a difference in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, grow with us and positively impact the future of healthcare in Brazil! **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals; Diagnose hardware failures (memory, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power supply, etc.); Identify and resolve printer issues (laser, inkjet, and thermal); Replace and install electronic and IT components; Perform technical cleaning of equipment (preventive); Support installation and configuration of operating systems and drivers; Test equipment after maintenance to ensure full functionality; Record service calls and activities performed in a system or control spreadsheet; Organize workbench, tools, and workspace; Support inventory control of parts, supplies, and equipment; Respond to low- and medium-complexity technical service calls. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in Computer Science, Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields; Prior experience in hardware and/or printer maintenance (preferred); Computer, laptop, kiosk, and UPS assembly and maintenance; Hardware failure diagnosis and repair; Printer maintenance (laser, inkjet, and thermal); Proficiency in electrotechnics (current, voltage, resistance, multimeter usage, basic testing); Identification and replacement of electronic components; Operating systems (Windows) and driver installation; Basic networking knowledge (preferred); Diagnostic and maintenance tools.
