




Job Summary: Professional responsible for welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and suppliers, including managing check-in/check-out procedures, providing administrative support, and demonstrating fluency in multiple languages. Management of visitor check-in and check-out **Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers, visitors, and suppliers courteously in Portuguese and English (or another language). * **Perform visitor, customer, or guest check-in and check-out**, recording data, issuing access cards, and providing procedural guidance. * Manage telephone calls and correspondence. * Schedule meeting rooms and organize visitor agendas. * Provide administrative support to internal teams. * Handle telephone and email inquiries in two languages. * Assist with translation of simple documents and basic interpretation. * Maintain an organized and fully functional reception area. ✅ **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (mandatory); ongoing or completed higher education is a plus. * Advanced or fluent English (or another language) – reading, writing, and speaking. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong typing skills. * Excellent communication skills, proactivity, friendliness, and organizational ability. * Commitment to scheduled working hours and shift rotations.
